This is the Startup community image that inspired us to develop this project. We understand that, even in 

Today, opportunities, funding is always a big problem that slows growth. 

Startups are usually trying to get funding through traditional financial institutions, which often leads to

failure because the current financial system prefers to invest in companies that have generated profits or 

who have extensive experience and trajectory. 

But how Startup - a new company without any record or previous gains - shows that their ideas and 

talents can be combined to create real solutions to real-world issues and improve the lives of people? 

This is the essence of how our project was born. We want to provide support for Startup which currently does 

not include system finance and help them become successful. We want to contribute back to the society of the 

entrepreneurs in which they are drawn; in essence, perpetuate the cycle of growth and prosperity

business and life around their community. 

We found that the creation of a platform with the main purpose to connect the breach between the real 

world and the virtual world can accelerate their business initiatives by providing the technological tools necessary 

for a startup to launch their own ICO and to achieve their vision. 

To ensure the successful launch of ICO, we must provide the Startup by converting the 

funds collected from Crypto to Fiat. We also know that newly created tokens for Startup must be registered 

Exchange, and are provided to provide trading values ​​as soon as possible and make them available to

In order for our vision to be fulfilled, we launch our Token Sales through Initial Coins Offer

3. Fundación NOVA onboard Startup team and start setting targets and milestones of 

Startup achievement should be achieved through their 16 Week Incubation process.

4. When the Incubation process is complete, Startup will choose to launch their ICO 

through the tools offered by SprintX.

5. After ICO expires, Startups may choose to convert the raised cryptocurrency to fiat using SwitchX.
